Every figure on this page is the published list price, excluding VAT. There is no set-up fee, no minimum channel count and no negotiation: the discounts below are applied automatically in the order wizard, so what you see when you configure a package is what the invoice says.

Questions about the invoice
Is there a set-up fee or a minimum number of channels?
Neither. One channel on a monthly contract is a valid order, and nothing is charged before the endpoints are issued.
How do the two discounts combine?
The volume tier is applied to the list price first, then the term discount to what is left. Both are applied automatically in the order wizard, so the figure you see at checkout is the figure you are billed.
What does the EUR 150 SRT price per channel include?
One channel over SRT, AES-256 encrypted, up to 12 Mbps CBR, from two redundant origins, monitored 24/7, with all original audio tracks. MultiDRM, cloud DVR, restart and the EPG feed are per-channel add-ons.
What is not included?
CDN egress on the adaptive HLS / DASH line, metered at EUR 0.09 per GB, unless you pull from our origin with your own CDN. Everything else in the rate card is inclusive: two origins per channel, monitoring, support and the EPG where you have taken it.
When is VAT added?
Every figure in the rate card is before tax. Checkout is handled by our payment provider as merchant of record: it establishes your billing country, adds the applicable VAT or applies the reverse charge against a valid EU VAT identification number, and shows the total before you pay.
Can we change the package mid-term?
Channels can be added at any time and are billed pro rata. On a monthly contract they can be dropped with 30 days notice; inside a committed term they can be exchanged, as long as the channel count stays at or above what the term discount was granted for.
How fast is a package live after I pay?
SRT packages are provisioned automatically: endpoints and passphrases reach your inbox within minutes and the feeds run the same day. HLS / DASH packages with DRM need a short key-server handshake and are typically live within one business day.
Do I need my own headend or CDN?
No. For SRT you need a receiver or software encoder that speaks SRT. For HLS / DASH we package, encrypt and deliver over our CDN, and you embed the manifest in your player.
How does the rights side work?
We deliver to licensed operators. At checkout you state your territory and platform; our rights team validates the package against the channel agreements before provisioning and comes back within one business day if a broadcaster approval is needed.
