The company behind the signal
TVHeadend.io is the wholesale delivery service of Gracias a la Playa S.L., registered in Spain. We operate the headend, the core sites and the delivery network ourselves, license the channels we carry, and sell them the way infrastructure should be sold: a published price per channel per month, ordered online, with the rights checked before anything is provisioned.
What we do
We take television signals in, including satellite downlinks, broadcaster contribution feeds, and playout we run ourselves, and hand them out again in whatever form the customer's platform needs: encrypted SRT into a headend, adaptive HLS / DASH with MultiDRM for apps, and UDP multicast on site for hotel rooms and campuses.
Around that sit the pieces a platform needs and would rather not build: EPG data with artwork and cast, cloud DVR with programme-accurate boundaries, a CDN for the adaptive streams, white-label apps, playout software and a player appliance for sites that expect multicast.
Everything is priced per channel per month, starting from EUR 150 for SRT and EUR 40 for a hotel property, with no set-up fee and no minimum count. This is because a small operator with nine channels should be able to buy the same way a large one does.
How we work
- Published prices. The rate card is on the site and the order wizard does the arithmetic; there is no quotation cycle.
- Rights first. Every order is validated against the channel agreements for your territory and platform before anything is provisioned.
- Engineers answer. Support goes to people who run the headend, not to a ticket queue, within one working day and 24/7 for a channel that is down.
- Two of everything. Each channel runs from two core sites, and delivery edges re-home if one drops.
- No lock-in. Monthly contracts end with 30 days notice; the longer terms exist because they are cheaper, not because they trap anyone.

Questions we get
Are you a reseller or do you run the platform?
We run it. The headend, the transcoding, the packaging, the recording, the licence server and the core sites are ours, which is why we can price per channel per month and provision within 12 hours.
Do you own the channel rights?
No, rights stay with the broadcasters and rights holders. We hold distribution agreements that let us deliver to licensed customers, and we validate each order against them. Where a channel or a territory is not covered, we say so instead of provisioning it.
Can you deliver outside Europe?
Yes. Core sites in Dallas, Singapore, and Johannesburg exist for exactly that, and the delivery edges home to whichever core is closest. Island and remote destinations, such as Mauritius, the Seychelles, and similar, are routine rather than exceptional for us.
Who are your customers?
IPTV operators, OTT platforms, hotels and resorts, cruise lines, ISPs and telcos, broadcast integrators, and broadcasters who want us to carry their channel to the customers they license. Each has a brief on the site describing what it receives.
