White-label channel feeds for integrators and resellers

Use the hub as the signal layer in platforms you deliver for clients. We stay invisible: your brand, your SLA to the customer, our feeds and our NOC behind it.

What an integrator gets

  • White-label endpoints and documentation
  • Per-project packages billed to you, not your client
  • Shared NOC channel with your engineers
  • Staging feeds for integration and acceptance testing

HOW IT WORKS BEHIND YOUR BUILD

You design and deliver the platform; we are the signal layer under it. Endpoints are white-label: hostnames, documentation and manifests carry no reference to us. They hand off as encrypted SRT into a headend you built, adaptive HLS / DASH into a player you wrote, or UDP multicast via our appliance in a rack you specified.

Every project gets staging feeds alongside the production ones, so integration and acceptance testing happens on real channels with real EPG rather than on a bars-and-tone loop. When the site goes live, the same channel list is switched from staging to production without re-plumbing anything.

Delivery comes from the two core sites nearest each site you deploy, out of Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Helsinki, Dallas, Singapore or Johannesburg, with 45 edges homed to their nearest core. A rollout across several countries is one channel list, provisioned per site, not a separate supply chain per country.

Your engineers get a shared channel with our NOC, so a fault is diagnosed between the two teams that can actually see the path. You keep one story to tell your customer, and the SLA they hold is yours, backed by monitoring you can quote from directly.

SEVERAL CUSTOMERS UNDER ONE CONTRACT

Integrators rarely buy for one site. One contract with us usually covers a hotel group, a regional operator and a corporate campus at the same time, so channels are grouped per project, provisioned per site and billed to you as a single line of business, never to your client.

Because you are reselling, the rights position has to be explicit. Each project records the channels, the sites and the permitted use, and hospitality, cruise and operator redistribution are separate grants. Where a project needs distribution rights we do not already hold, we obtain them per channel on request and quote them before you price the tender.

Commercially it behaves the way a resale input should: EUR 150 per channel per month on SRT, EUR 200 on adaptive HLS / DASH, hospitality projects on the hospitality rate of EUR 40 per channel per month per property for in-room use, volume discounts from ten channels to -20%, and no setup fee to absorb into a bid.

GET IT INSTANT

Order online per project. Pick the channels, pick the hand-off, add EPG, DVR, restart or MultiDRM where the specification calls for it, and endpoints are issued within 12 hours. This is often the difference between winning a tender on a stated go-live date and hedging it.

For a bid you have not won yet, use the free three-day trial. It ships both encrypted SRT and adaptive HLS / DASH for the channels you choose, so a demo can show your customer their own channels on the real delivery chain without any commitment on your side.
