SRT channel feeds for IPTV operators
Take encrypted SRT contribution feeds straight into your existing platform. Add or drop channels per month as your packages change.
What an IPTV operator gets
- Encrypted SRT hand-off straight into your own headend
- Original audio tracks, subtitles and EPG preserved
- Per-channel monthly price, no volume commitment
- Two core sites per feed, automatic failover
HOW THE FEED REACHES YOUR HEADEND
You send us the channel list and the public address of your receiver. We push encrypted SRT from the two core sites nearest to you: Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Helsinki, Dallas, Singapore or Johannesburg, in caller or listener mode, whichever your firewall prefers. Your headend sees a plain MPEG transport stream with the programme structure intact.
Each channel arrives as it left our satellite reception: every audio track, every subtitle track, teletext where the broadcaster still sends it. Nothing is remuxed down to one language to save bitrate. Your middleware maps the service once and the channel behaves like any other feed you already carry.
SRT repairs a lossy transit path with ARQ instead of dropping frames, and latency is set per feed so a high-RTT route still locks. If a core site drops, the feed re-homes to the second one and the picture stays up. Our NOC watches bitrate and continuity errors per channel, per customer.
Where you would rather not terminate SRT yourself, our playout software or the player appliance takes the feed and puts out UDP multicast on your own network, which is the shape most existing middleware expects. It is the same conversion either way, so the choice between a box and a server is yours rather than ours.
BUILT FOR LINE-UPS THAT CHANGE
Pricing is per channel per month: EUR 150 for SRT, EUR 200 for adaptive HLS / DASH. No volume commitment, no setup fee. A channel added for one package can be dropped again the month a licence lapses, without capital stranded in an encoder, a receiver or a transponder slot you no longer need.
Volume discounts start at ten channels and go to -20%. A 12-month term takes off another 10%, 24 months 15%. Add-ons are also per channel per month: cloud DVR at EUR 29, restart at EUR 15, EPG at EUR 9, MultiDRM at EUR 19 on HLS / DASH. An upsell tier therefore only costs you on the channels you actually sell it on.
The headend carries 1535 channels. The self-serve list is the part already cleared and wired for delivery; if the channel your market asks for is not there, ask for it. Most of the remainder is a rights conversation rather than an engineering one, and we quote it per channel and per territory.
GET IT INSTANT
Build the package online, check out, and endpoints are issued within 12 hours. Nothing in the order needs a call: choose the channels, choose SRT or adaptive HLS / DASH, add DVR, restart or EPG per channel, and the invoice shows the per-channel rate.
Before you commit, take the free three-day trial. It ships both the encrypted SRT feed and the adaptive HLS / DASH manifest for the channels you pick, so the headend team and the app team can test the same channels at the same time, on your own network, without a contract.

Questions we get from IPTV operators
How does the feed arrive at our headend?
As encrypted SRT from the two core sites nearest you, in caller or listener mode, whichever your firewall prefers. Your receiver sees a plain MPEG transport stream with the programme structure, original audio tracks and subtitles intact.
Do we have to commit to a channel count or a term?
No. The price is per channel per month — EUR 150 for SRT, EUR 200 for adaptive HLS / DASH — and channels can be added or dropped monthly. Volume discounts start at ten channels and reach 20%; a 12-month term saves a further 10%, 24 months 15%. Both are optional.
How do you confirm we may carry a channel in our territory?
You state your territory and platform when you order. The rights team validates the package against the channel agreements before provisioning and comes back within 12 hours if a broadcaster approval is needed. Nothing is provisioned that has not been confirmed.
What happens if a core site goes down?
Every channel runs from two core sites. Edges home to whichever core is closest, and if a site drops, its edges re-home to the next nearest one. Your receiver keeps the same endpoints.
Can we take EPG data for channels we already carry from someone else?
Yes. The EPG is contracted per channel and can be bought on its own, from EUR 15 per channel per month, delivered as XMLTV or as JSON over REST — 14 days forward, 7 days back.
Can we test one channel before ordering?
Yes, for three days, free, without a card. You get both hand-offs for the same channel — an SRT endpoint with its passphrase and an adaptive HLS / DASH manifest — at full bitrate with the real EPG.
