DMAX as it is on air right now

DMAX is carried on our headend as a HD 1080i feed at around 8 Mbps, with the original audio tracks and subtitles kept intact. It is one of the 2109 feeds we operate for IPTV operators, OTT platforms, hotels and ISPs, and it can be added to a package online without a sales call.

Operators take DMAX for the general-entertainment core of any line-up. Because the channel is delivered from the core site closest to you, the same feed works for a national IPTV platform, for a hotel group with properties in several countries and for a diaspora package aimed at Spanish-speaking viewers outside Spain.

Delivery is encrypted SRT into your own headend or adaptive HLS / DASH with MultiDRM for your apps. Cloud DVR, replay and start-over are available on this channel, with programme boundaries taken from the EPG. MultiDRM, including Widevine, PlayReady and FairPlay, is available for the adaptive stream. EPG data with titles, synopses, genres and artwork is available as XMLTV and over our API.

Rights differ per channel and per territory. Tell us where your subscribers are and which platforms you serve, and we confirm in writing what DMAX may be used for before you order. Hotel and hospitality use is contracted separately from operator distribution.

HOW TO GET IT

  1. Add DMAX to a package. Pick the other channels you need from the catalogue. 2109 feeds are on the headend, and choose SRT or adaptive HLS / DASH.
  2. Confirm the rights. We state in writing which territories and platforms this channel may be used for, per your order.
  3. Receive your endpoints. SRT hosts, ports and passphrases, or the HLS / DASH manifest and EPG URL, are issued within 12 hours.
  4. Scale monthly. Add or drop channels each month; volume discounts from ten channels and term discounts up to 15% are applied automatically.
